She recalls....
We were experiencing problems with the St. Ansgar's electronic organ. After a number of Council meetings concerning the decision of to repair it or to purchase a new organ, the latter choice was made. A motion to purchase a small pipe organ was then brought to the congregation, where it was carried (after considerable debate!) with a comfortable majority. An order was placed, and some months later a group of St. Ansgar's members visited the factory. The photos I'm sending include ones of the factory visit where we saw organs in all stages of construction (there are pictures of these also). The final stop at the factory was to the room where we spontaneously applauded - because there we recognized OUR organ - the slope of the pipes matching the familiar slope of St. Ansgar's ceiling!
